BLACK FRIDAY SALE - WINTER WAREHOUSE SALE - FINAL SALE

All items marked down as part of our Black Friday Winter Warehouse Sale are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or credit notes unless the item is deemed faulty.  This is a LIMITED TIME OFFER, our sale starts 26 November and will end 2 December, subject to availability.

We are unable to price-match items that have been discounted during our sales period.  

SHIPPING DELAYS

During our SALE period, please allow additional time (up to 7 business days) for processing and dispatching orders as we will be experiencing significantly increased volumes.  Trust, we will get your order out to you as soon as possible.  IF you have selected EXPRESS SHIPPING, please note, this DOES NOT MEAN your order is processed more quickly, it will still be subject to slight delays during this busy time.  Your order will be dispatched as soon as possible and sent via EXPRESS POST once dispatched.  

SHIPPING - AUSTRALIA

FREE STANDARD DELIVERY FOR ALL ORDERS OVER $150

  • $9.95 flat rate express delivery with Australia Post.
  • All orders sent express via Australia Post and fully tracked.
  • Delivery times vary depending on location.  Check express post domestic delivery times for your region using 4117 as the sender postcode.
  • All orders received prior to 11am AEST Mon-Fri (excluding public holidays) are dispatched same day.
  • During Sale periods or recent collection releases, some orders take longer to be picked packed and delivered to you, please be assured that we try our best to have all orders out promptly.
  • Once your parcel has been scanned and collected by our shipping partners, you will receive an email with a tracking number.  This can take up to 24hrs to activate with Australia Post.
